Villa Facilities

  • Villa Lounge/Dining room– 70m2 lounge dining room with air-conditioning and log burner. Sofa, chairs, high chair, dining table, Smart TV with DVD player and Netflix, DVD library. Books in english, board games. Music area with Piano, Guitar and music books for guests use.
  • Kitchen – Large kitchen with large range style cooker. American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso coffee maker, drip coffee maker, nutribullet. Microwave baby bottle sterilizer. Bluetooth speaker (portable)  air-conditioning, Cooking utensils and crockery for 14 people, Basic larder items. Washing machine, tumble dryer iron and ironing board are located in the utility room and outhouse.
  • Master bedroom (Sleeps 4) – Super-king Bed with memory foam mattress and double sofa bed.  Ensuite bathroom, free standing bathtub, large separate shower cubicle, bidet, sink and toilet.  Smart TV with Netflix and DVD player. Air-conditioning. 2 sets of patio doors lead onto wrap around terrace with 360 degree mountain and sea views. Wooden table seating four people, Love seat for two and 2 x sun loungers.
  • Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 4) – Super-king Bed with memory foam mattress topper.  Day Bed that converts into a double bed. Work area with desk and office chair.  Air-conditioning. Ensuite bathroom with extra large double shower cubicle, sink and toilet. Large patio doors lead onto garden terrace.
  • Bedroom 3  (Sleeps 2) – Double Bed with memory foam mattress. Air-conditioning. En-suite sink and toilet – guests will have to use shower in one of the other bathrooms. Patio doors lead onto main sea view terrace.
  • Bedroom 4 – (Sleeps 2) –  Two single beds with foam toppers. Air-conditioning. Shared bathroom with Bedroom 5. Patio doors leading onto lower sea view terrace with access to pool.
  • Bedroom 5 – (Sleeps 2) –  Two single beds with foam toppers.  Air-conditioning. Shared bathroom with Bedroom 4. Patio doors leading onto lower sea view terrace with access to pool.
  • Sleep a total of 14 using the two sofa in master and day bed in bedroom 2. 
  • There are travel cots available on request with bedding. Baby bath, changing mat, microwave bottle warmer, potty and baby toys available.
  • All beds will be made up with good quality bedding, one towel per person and hand towels in the bathrooms.
  • Free Fibre Optic Mesh internet system thoughout the property

Apartment Facilities

  • ApartmentLiving/Dining/Kitchen – 2 x Sofas, Smart TV with Netflix and DVD player, DVD library.  Bluetooth Speaker, Air-conditioning. Hob, Oven, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Ironing board and Iron, cooking utensils and crockery for 8 people, basic larder items. High chair.
  • Bedroom 1 –(Sleeps 2) – Super-King size bed with foam topper. Air-conditioning, Patio doors leading onto front drive.
  • Bedroom 2 – (Sleeps 2 leads off Bedroom 1) 2 single beds with foam toppers. (Accessed from Bedroom 1 but can be accessed independently from apartment terrace)
  • Bedroom 3–  (Sleeps 2)  King size bed, Air-conditioning. Sea & Mountain Views.
  • Bathroom 1 – Shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
  • Bathroom 2 – Shower cubicle, sink and toilet
  • Games room – Bar, Pool table, Darts, 55inch TV with Apple TV, Apple Fitness & Apple Arcade. Sofa & Double Sofa bed Note: if you are renting just the apartment you have exclusive use of the games room.
  • Sleeps and total of 8 using the games room sofa bed. 
  • There are travel cots available on request with bedding. Baby Bath, changing mat, microwave bottle warmer, potty and baby toys available 
  • All beds will be made up with good quality bedding, one towel per person and hand towels in the bathrooms.

  • Please note that when renting just the apartment, the villa will be occupied by the owners only – so privacy is guaranteed.

NOTE THAT ALTHOUGH THE  WHOLE PROPERTY CAN SLEEP 22 WITHOUT USING EITHER LOUNGE IT WOULD MEAN THAT DOUBLE BEDS AND SOFA BEDS WOULD HAVE TO SLEEP TWO GUESTS IN EACH AND THAT THE GAMES ROOM SOFA BED WOULD HAVE TO BE USED. GUESTS IN THE GAMES ROOM WOULD HAVE TO USE THE BATHROOMS IN THE APARTMENT. GROUPS OF MORE THAN 18 GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED £50 (€55) PER EXTRA PERSON PER NIGHT UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 22.

Outside Facilities when renting whole property

  • Private 25 msq swimming pool for exclusive use of guests. Can be heated on request for an extra fee.
  • Children’s play area with swing and climbing fort with swing bridge and slide.
  • Table tennis table, Gas BBQ. 5 terraces with tables and chairs and views.
  • Large front terrace has large wooden table that seats 14 to 16 people.
  • Garden with lawn and beautiful flower beds.
  • Garage with parking for one car but two drives with parking for up to five cars. Also parking outside the property.

Outside facilities when renting only Apartment

  • Private 25 msq swimming pool with sun loungers and meditation table for exclusive use of guests. Can be heated on request for an extra fee.
  • Sea/Mountain view terrace for exclusive use for guests, with table and chairs to seat 6/8 people, Gas BBQ.
  • Secure Gated Driveway for two cars.
  • Please note than when renting just the apartment the villa will be occupied by the owners only – so privacy is guaranteed.
