Both include exclusive access to the heated* pool and games room with its own Bar, Pool Table, Dart Board, Apple TV with games. Please contact us for availability of the dates you are interested in.
We need 20% deposit to reserve your booking. This needs to be paid by transfer. Please contact us for our banking details for the transfer.
The balance will be due to be paid 30 days before arrival by transfer or if 5% discount is applied then the balance has to be paid in cash in pounds or euros on arrival.
You will receive a rental contract 6 weeks before arrival with all our terms and conditions that will need to be signed and returned to us either before or at check in.
CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation (5% of the total amount). Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
WHAT IS SUPPLIED – We supply all bedding and towels but we don’t supply beach towels, therefore please bring your own to use around the pool. We also have hair dryers, cool boxes, a few board games, a few toys, books, dvds & cds. We have high chairs, two travel cots, changing mat, potty, bottle steriliser, car seat and baby toys. There is also a portable bluetooth speaker for you to play your music. We also supply a small welcome pack with some snacks and drinks to get you started.
