There is a £500 (€550) damage deposit for the whole property and villa only or £200 (€250) for the apartment which will need to be paid. This will  be returned to you within 48 hours of check out subject to no damage of course. The deposit will be due two weeks before your arrival and paid by transfer. You will be contacted when it is due to be paid with the bank details for the transfer.
